Lie with dogs, you are bound to get fleas.

Seems to be some disgruntled individuals in broker land.
(thanks for the screen shots my friend.)

what's this we have here?  It wasn't very long ago, there was a association between the two.  I mean weren't you just at Bruce's lot not too long ago?  (remember there was no mark up.cough. cough. bullshit.)

Well, I don't see any blood.  Dirty  trailer, which is nothing new, it's Moore's trailer.  Has anyone really looked at his pit he calls his holding facility.  Oh wait, that's a large word, one of which he would never use.  His barn.  That's better, small words work, not the big ones.  Just want to make sure that everyone can clearly read what is being typed.  Fancy five dollar words.

Yes, we can say hypocrite.  We can also say swindler, malingerer, and pharisee.
Remember that saying, pot meet kettle, kettle meet pot.

It's interesting, because wasn't it Sunscrew that gave her the start in the business?  Of course the Shit Shack is the organization that made the blue print on how to be horse dealer in rescue clothing.  We can see that the birds are still roosting together.

Listen ladies, put whatever spin you want on things, community effort, rescue, saving slaughter bound horses, brokers, and whatever colorful play on words to get those dollars.  At the end of the day you are nothing more than a common flagitious dealer.  You are no better, than the scalpers, the traders, the buyers, and the suckers they bid up,  the low level dealers hustling their stock, at the end of the day the almighty dollar is what drives all parties involved.

It truly is all about the horses.

Well, the dealing part anyway.

Stay Sharp, Bitches.

Showing off is the fool's idea of glory.

The hustle that pays off.

While The Ethic of Equine Rescue gang is signing their John Hancock on some documents.  I really felt as if this needed some elaboration.  Possibly to the tune of "pulling" on the heart strings of donors.

Not to worry hopefully this will "yank" the rug out from under some individuals.

John Q. Public in most cases does not understand the difference between a Not For Profit and a 501c3.  As stated in the above blog, the definitions are clear between the two coveted titles.  To sum it up in laymen's terms, one is no tax write off, and one is a write off.  To most donors the difference is no real matter, unless donating a certain amount of sums that could assist in the dreaded month of April.

What about when you see a on going trend?

It seems that certain trends, well stay current.  Like pulling pregnant mares from auctions, no pun intended.  After all who doesn't love foals?

"You pick your road and keep going".

On more than one occasion the travesties at New Holland have made blogs buzz, news but not note worthy to most.  And have left more than a handful of Animal and Equine Welfare activist baffled by the lack of enforcement from not one, but two separate agencies.

In a recent article Dr. James Holt the attending veterinarian at New Holland Sales Barn, and moonlights as the  independent veterinarian that signs off on hundreds of horses death warrants for Brian Moore the notorious East Coast Kill Buyer seems to be looking for nails at low tide.

The abate horse puckey that spews from this articles is immense.

I am glad to know that Holt has his own standards that sound fantastically spoken, but reek that of week old garbage.

The truth is, I could sit here for hours on end, and rebuttal about every statement Jim made.  However, that would turn into a novel.

The "fit for sale" guide lines were revised, and surprise, surprise,  Dr.Holt was one of the individuals who assisted in creating a clearer image of these said guide lines.  Dr.Holt's memory must be slipping, or is it selective?

There have been numerous cases of "fake" coggins, half heaped health certificates, not to mention the number of horses that were not fit for sale being allowed to walk or hobble down the aisle way of New Holland Sales Stables.

Mondays will continue to come, and horses will continue to be unfit for sale, and Dr.Holt will continue to collect those dollars.  "Rescues" will continue to ensure there is a market for these unfit horses for sale.  In true typical fashion of the hustlers and scum, laughing the whole way to the bank.

Before I choose not to let sleeping dogs lie.  I am overly thrilled to know that LAPS is there on a weekly basis, collecting unfit horses, they must of started checking that voice mail box more then twice a day.  Bravo.

As Dr.Jim Holt so wisely stated "You pick your road and keep going."

He is right, after all Karma is two way road.

Beep. Beep.

Pot meet Kettle.

Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?

The only ruination to the horse business is the cesspool that you wade in my love and that includes those that you have declared that you are not associated with.

A half-truth does more mischief than a whole lie, Sunshine.

“I suppose we all lie to ourselves sometimes.”

Tell me sweet little lies.  Especially that on a Sunday.

Read it and weep.

What no call backs?  No return emails?  Surely you aren't that busy any other day than Monday or Tuesday?

In the article linked above it appears that there is waspish tone coming from those interviewed.

Interesting, it seemed like yesterday that I received a email with various screen shots about a "associate" of the Manure Menagerie.  Let me refresh your memory.  How is that balancing act going for you?

Of course I have to add insult to injury.

I would love to hear about her feelings on a "rescue" that has dealers license?  Especially one that makes regular visits to the property.

Ho hum.  What a indomitable statement we have here.

knock. knock. mother f*cker.

Those that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.........

Throwing stones, are we now?

Haven't you learned about the glass house theory?

This mare pictured here at Bruce Rotz's lot, was a AC$H Broker Owned horse.

Here evaluation video Ally.

And a screen shot of her at Moore's lot.

Seems as if you two have more in common than you care to acknowledge.

Cheers.

Moving Forward in Reverse

Since life has kept some of us very busy.
Another update of the truck is coming sage is due.

We can't forget about the men that make these contemptible programs happen.  So, let me be the first to tip my hat to all of you.

We shall revisit the Moore Fleet seen here in this  blog  The Truck is Coming.  Now, if you would like to know more about just how that truck comes along, feel free to read up here The Ethics of Equine Rescue.

It appears as if Mr. Moore only has a intrastate CDL, meaning there is no traveling outside of the state of PA.

So, for those of you that have seen Mr.Moore's rigs at Unidallia, and other out of state auctions.  Snap a pic, because  the DOT would love to see it.  (they even have fax available.).

I would also like to add, it does not matter who he puts behind the wheel.

And since we all know that despite what goes on in the public eye, there is also the seedy underbelly, people at the sales barn should be aware that paying Phil Shirk to haul for you is bad news.  Seems as Phil has failed to stay in good standing with the U.S. DOT.

Seems after a nice conversation with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration they were a tad considered that he was still operating.

Feel free to hit the link above if you catch him hauling loads, DOT would love to hear from you.

You can also voice your concerns here in the local field offices. (and note fax is also available to share those lovely pictures.)

Maybe it's time for those that fortunate sides with on a dare changes.

“Even doubtful accusations leave a stain behind them”

In the latest babble by the East Coast's most notorious Broker Program, errr, I mean rescue.  The Matriarch declares "We have been set up!"  And mentions also that the FBI during that morning raid was playing connect the dots with laser sighted weapons.  Honestly, I didn't think they took Health Certificates that serious, who knew.

For those that dare the voice that can effects similar to that of Medusa.  Feel free to watch it here "Charity" owner speaks out.  I would of personally used the word Charity in a rather loose fashion, that's just me though.

So, why stop there right?  After all someone has to stop them from going on the truck.  Once again we are back on the mini debate.  Mini's don't ship. Period.  However, that won't stop the Shit Shack from plucking some poor soul's pocket.

That is a extreme margin in price.  A far cry from the normal spread of  25 to 50 dollars that he normally offers private individuals.

If you have a good eye, you shall notice the mini mule team that was once being hawked by the other half of the dynamic duo of the Broker programs.  Would this be considered recycling on a horse dealing level?

Never mind the obvious heat, the foals that were left out in direct sunlight with no access to water, or the normal host of man handling, or how about the horses stuck out on the trailers of the dealers, all of that is ok?  Now which set of haters is effecting change?

Seems to me that those individuals that find themselves doubting a situation are the first to sing the loudest.

Bottoms Up!

Beware of a friend that was once your foe.

I really wanted to write about some concerning issues with the Centre Hall Auction, and the large Memorial Day New Holland sale, and of course, the hustlers of the horse world, and the corrupt individuals allowing them to carry on.  However, we all need to enjoy a laugh now and again.

Someone sent this lovely screen shot to me, and I had to indulge and share.

Birds of a feather flock together?

Let me say that I admire this Jules woman, she's a no holds bar, tell it how it is, was, and should be type.  Jules, I raise my ice cold pint to you, and say Cheers my dear, keep giving them hell!

As with all things in the truck is coming saga, frienenemies are second to none, and this is simply case in point.  It wasn't too long ago these two chicanery horse dealers were anything but friendly with one another.

I leave you with this to digest "your friend lends and your enemy ask for payment."

Oh, one last introspection for those that I am sure will be vehement over this entry.

Tick, toc, tick, toc.  After all that was no social call.

Cheers!

Let Them Eat Cake

Every now again a marionette is subject to having their strings snipped.  As most marionette's manipulate the strings to their puppets, there is a always a audience watching, and always that one pundit in attendance.

I have to wonder at times the amount of schlemiels that find time to make silly facebook videos, signs, posts, babbling nothing more than shit ton of ludicrous out rage over the heated debate of Broker Programs.  Some of these very individuals should mind just what they put out there into Internet land.  I say this grace, because some do work with the public, and not to mention in the private sector where it truly is all about relationships and representation of oneself as a Representative of a company, and or a authority type of figure.

In our world it is simplistic, black and white, backed by investigations, FOIA, and hours of dredging threw pens, lots, and even trucks.   As we prepare for the large sale at New Holland Sales Stable, I wonder just how many will truly be paying attention to the ongoings of the surroundings.  Horses tied out with no food or water, the temperature, signs of communicable illness, lameness, BCS, evidence of drugs, over crowded pens, or will they be simply busy justifying the ends to the means.

With such tumultuous words and insults tossed around, do these people really pay attention to what is going on around them?  Or better yet who is around them?  Who is watching them?  Of course not, because "it's all about the horses".   Or should I say all about the dollars.

As some step past the obvious violations, and ignore clear disregard for laws put forth, we shall not.  After all you have a job to do, and so do I.  It's formidable that we are on two very different sides, one driven by money, and one driven by compassion.

After all "to greed, all nature is insufficient."

See you gentlemen Monday.
Cheers.

The Stalking Horse Bid.

Recently this has appeared on a major social media website.

Of course the kill buyer is not a bad guy at all.  Despite past quotes such as "if it burned it burned."  in reference to the recent truck fire that left 30 head of horses to perish, and regarding TBs going to slaughter "if they put ten dollars a week to feed the homeless people and mistreated children, you know, this would be a totally different".  Seems as if these quotes don't exactly line up with with what Pro Kill Buyer supporters are saying.  I leave you with this.

A picture taken some time ago outside of what was once the one and only collecting station.  It seems as there is now a additional one.

you may at this point draw your own conclusion, but I know what side I stand on, and it's not enabling the kill buyers to expand their operation.  I assume it is nothing more than the Devil in the details.

Cheers.

Only a fool tests the water with both feet.

Despite the FBI visiting one such fool, there are still a large quantity of dullards out there willing to take the leap off the edge, and dive right into the cesspool we refer to as broker programs.  It seems the kool aid must be heavily spiked, tainted with the infamous saying coined by the Shit Shack "it's all about the horses."

Mr.Rotz recently suffered a minor blow to business by losing not only his truck and trailer but 30 head of horses all destined up I-81 to their death.  You can read more here at this link about the  truck fire.  While in this article Bruce said they would not be commenting to media, he was quoted in a previous article as saying "if it burned it burned".  This is definitely a guy I would be tossing my dollars at.  Graciously supporting, and selling horses for him, oh I mean saving for.

In true typical fashion after suffering a slight finical loss, after all not only will he collect a check from the insurance company for the truck and trailer, since it was not salvageable, he will also collect based on the goods in the trailer, live stock or not, they were considered goods, and well when the check is cut, it will also include the loss of goods.  So, not only is good ole' Rotz cleaning up from that, he has not one, but once again two different groups selling for him again.

One of the groups is proclaiming that the load they are selling was destined to be on that very truck.  They also proclaim that good Ole' Brucey is back to shipping six loads a week, now while on many occasions he has shipped up to five loads a week, so maybe six isn't so far fetched.  However, if  Rotz is back to scoop and ship, why would he be sitting on these horses?  Didn't they come with their "walking papers" Bruce?  Oh or was that the coggins you tossed on them when you purchased them with the intentions of resale? Getting back on point now, if Bruce was going to ship them, they would be long gone, end of story, the only extension Bruce gives is his disgusting wings he likes to eat while at New Holland.

Everyone wants to fall back on that darn tag again, that green tag.  Sigh.  The tag means nothing.  It means either the horse was not fit for shipping, which in a few pictures I can see that they were not, or it simply means that they were put on the shipping log to cross state lines without a coggins, of course we know that he should be notifying the auction that the intentions have changed, but that is unlikely.  Way to go PA Dept. of Ag. enforce those rules with a limp hand!

If it is the one thing I can say is, well Bruce does have a dealers license, at least a legit one at that, why he isn't charging tax, only he can answer that, maybe his son or someone to the liking will gladly answer that for me.  I am doubtful as we know the level of grammatical indulgence is lower than most standards in the world of flip'em or ship'em. So, there may have to be some deciphering of the sentence.  (I did see the comment made.  "steeling" with all the money these broker programs are bringing in, I would say quite positively that you should be able to afford a dictionary, I don't think it would cut in to the vast amounts of money you spend on fast food.  And why yes, I am over here with a big smile on my face while typing that.)  What can I say I enjoy taking my pot shots at Bruce and Co.

Since he has a new group of women selling his stock for him, I would like to note that they have declared there is no dead line, but borrowed time.  That sentence alone speaks volumes.  They also say this load was left standing and spared from the fire.  That is a great marketing ploy.  A page truly taken right out of the How to Sell Horses for Ignoble Dealers (coming soon to shelves near you, that is if the Shit Shack doesn't copyright it first.).

Cheers.

Advertising - a judicious mixture of flattery and threats.

I hear orange is a flattering color, not to mention the silver accents.  Do you hear that?  Is that a clock ticking?  Or some chains clinking?

Despite the recent social call from the FBI, and yet a recent public confirmation from investigators declaring they are under investigation for fraud, AC$H is still hornswoggling the living hell out of people.  I can hear that phone ringing, some people should really answer the call.

This afternoon, they made a urgent plea for the sum of 500.00 dollars for a pair of donkeys.  In true form of being a megalomaniac, any comments pointing out any ethical discretion were deleted.  (not to worry, I am sure someone has them saved somewhere)  This was ballsy, but someone has to pay the bills, after all who's going to pay for legal fees?

So, they were too thin to run threw sale???  Hmmmmmm.......

But, yet they traveled with a health cert and coggins?

(I would just like to add that Snuffy looked much, much worse than this.  And not too long ago I did see Dr.Holt pulling a coggins on two NZ bred Standies that had a BCS of 3, and yes they ran threw sale and sold. So, pardon me that her spewing of bullshit doesn't work with me.)

Now, I wonder if they are going or have charged the 80.00 in vetting fees?  And the fifty dollar transport fee, and the fifteen dollar a day holding fee, despite the fact that they had lost their layover barn, and who gets that fifty dollars, Sheidy or Moore? And by the way a coggins is around 20 dollars, and health cert is 17.  You do the math.

You know what, don't do the math, just keep blindly donating to some twatwaffle who just got raided by the FBI, who is currently under investigation for fraud, and keep defending her good practices, that rival that of Tee from Lifeline, go on  now toss those dollars out the door!   After all the truck is coming, too bad it's the paddy wagon.
Cheers!

Knock..knock...who's there?????

Well, it finally seems as if that elusive truck has arrived, made a stop, and even picked up some goods along the way.  Sadly, it's not the truck we are so use to hearing about.  Instead it was a convoy of vehicles  from none other than the F.B.I.    Where did they stop?  They stopped right at Christy Sheidy's house, I wonder if she had a "oh shit" moment, when she realized that all the time she shouted the truck was coming, she had the make and model number wrong.

I remember once her proclaiming that they were NOT under investigation, hmmmm, well I can assure you that when the F.B.I stops at your home, it's not for tea and crumpets.  I can also say, that when they leave carrying boxes of items, computers, and cell phones,  it is because well you have clearly been under investigation, after all warrants  don't lie, and judge's don't sign off on just a whim.  Unless they were there helping you with your organizational skills, which I wasn't aware that the F.B.I. provided those services.  I will keep that in mind.

"Tap. Tap. Tap." Remember that one?  I sure do, I wonder if you regret tapping that foot of yours.  I guess now, it should be tick, tock, tick, tock.  Huh?

I would like to dully note some rebuttal from the Sheidy Hen House, so let's clear the air right here.

"when horses get transported across State lines, yeah it can become a federal investigation"  Well geniuses, in that case I would say that ninety percent of Equestrian Community is then guilty and should be under Federal Investigation.   Oh and yes, it's nothing more than a paragraph from some reporter trying to make news, never mind the pictures of Federal Investigators carrying out boxes of items from that place that rivals a county tip.    For those seeking to read that meaningless paragraph, you know the one where the reporter is just grasping for a bit of fame, here you go FBI Raid.

Smoke'em while you can, because most penitentiaries are now Non-Smoking facilities.

The Truck is Coming!

Since the truck is coming, we thought over here in Tornado Land that some pictures that would help you in the quest to determine just what truck is right for you.
Cheers.

The Moore Fleet.

The Rotz Fleet.

(just a partial side note, this is a small sampling of what is to come.  choose wisely, as we know that not all paths lead to that yellow brick road.)

In for a penny, in for a pounding.

Sadly, it seems as one of the latest out there in the world of broker programs has lost their mojo, and stepped out of the game.   The old saying "if you can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen" comes to mind.   It could be for other reasons, but I am going to go out on a limb and say this one individual got themselves into a bit of  a conundrum.  However, knowing the history between Rotz and this person, it will just go back to peddling here and there.   Until that time arrives, Rotz is perfectly content with Sundew Saves and Co.  selling his horses.

In all true things of flip'em or ship'em, Rotz is very much still flipping.  After all, why not get a piece of that pie.  Everyone else is doing it, it only makes sense.   Not only has the broker gig paid in full, and left him with surplus, it's allowed him to make moves, ok, well not a real move, but good enough to stash some more horses to keep building that nest egg.

How lovely to see Rotz is finally letting people onto his property to evaluate horses, a page truly right from the AC$H handbook, well played Rotz, well played.  In true fashion, the trucks will come, go, and come again, people will keep shelling out for money for inflated priced horses, and then suddenly discover they do not, or cannot keep them.  Reasons will vary, health, lack of training, or the warm feeling just isn't so warm.   By the way, do tell me Bruce, why the coggins on horses that are shipping to slaughter?  You and I both know, and have been in this game long enough to know that a coggins is not needed for a horse bound for slaughter.  Something you want to share?   I mean honestly, Bruce, we both know that you will not go that extra mile for any animal.  Did you finally shut down that horrid kennel of yours?  Would it kill you to clean up some of the junk around your barns, at least you can then pretend that you aren't complete white trash.  Smile, Bruce, because I am giving you the middle finger right now.   Are you going to threaten to kill me, punch me in the face, regardless of what sex I am?  And to be fair, I wouldn't put it past you, as your up bringing speaks volumes on your overall demeanor.  Glad to see you are passing along those most awesome genes.

Funny....the truck is coming and there you stand right in front of the loading chute, how classic.   But, these women selling the horses for him, are not in it for the money, they are in it for the cause.  I think I just choked on that line.  Well, darling, take a long hard look at the loading chute, because you are just as responsible for sending horses threw there, as he is.

Bruce why do you continue to hide behind horses?  Your son has been very open about being in pictures, it would be lovely to see a nice family shot, maybe you can even get Rotz Sr.  out there too.

By the way boys and girls, rumor does have it that a certain Sheriff will be reappearing in town, if I were you, I would clean up your act, as we know that little white haired lady, isn't afraid to get her hands dirty.  Cheers.

Your intelligence is my common sense.

There seems to be quite the speculation amongst people about who is behind this blog, and the other blog.  I will tell you.  Are you listening?  Insert drum roll please....................

Common Sense.

There you have it, the anticipation is over.   I am glad we have settled that heated debate.  Now, let's move on to the mover, shakers, and flippers in the "truck is coming saga".

Seems as there is a debate about the extra cash that these guys have been making from the broker programs, do they ship more, do they not, do they spend it on skeevy strippers and booze, sharing the spoils with their mistress, or is this all a simple effort to bank money before July rolls around?  It could be one, two or all of the above.

These are nothing more than facetious programs.  I am completely appalled at the number of people that still spend countless monies, and hours defending the lining of the kill buyers pockets.  To me, it's a very simple pragmatic issue, you support broker programs, you support slaughter.   There is no fine line, it's not a weeble wobble, no smoke and mirrors, it's black and white.  End of story.

At this time, I don't care if you hide behind a 501c3 (so the kill buyer can make regular donations to your rescue for selling his horses), or if you are nothing more than a "community effort", I will not be reticent on this matter.

If you are going to walk on thin ice, you might as well dance.

Last night, I was told that I am walking on thin ice, the title of this blog was my simple response.   If you are going to walk on thin ice, you might as well dance.
                                                           Care to dance?

Seems as if it's business as usual for all things in the "truck is coming saga".  More horses, more money, and more laughing all the way to the bank.  Horse dealing is the world's oldest putrid profession.  From the Kill Buyers, to the flippers, right down to the brokers  that use the term "rescue"  so flagrantly.

What is really the deal with these go betweens?  I mean first and foremost, most of these guys are third and fourth generation horse dealers, not Rotz he was a puppy miller who provided labs with canines to test on.  Harker, Moore, Andio, and the list is long are all horse dealers by trade, and not just Meat Men.   Selling, trading, and running horses not just paying enough of the bills?  Is the absorption in your contracts just not good enough, for you to make a clear profit?  No hang weight is going to pay 925.00 dollars for a carcass, or even 600.00 dollars, hell even on the hoof you won't see that type of money, as there are very specific things they are looking for, high yield of  meat, and low bone.  But, that is another blog.

So, boys riddle me this, if the industry is paying you so well, why do it?  Let me take a stab at it, because you couldn't make a living without having that "kill buyer" title could you?  After all with no truck coming,  flipping horses would be left to your own vices, and not the intercessor that you have come to rely on.

There is no secret about the speculation that people are skimming off the top, in fact one brain child behind Sundew Saves, has spoken out very obnoxiously about money being taken off the top.  A far cry from bailing, sharing, and even defending this very program.  While Sundew doesn't proclaim to be a rescue, just a simple community effort to "save" the slaughter bound horses.  (It's more of a community effort to pay one's bills.)   I beg to differ and say, maybe the rumors surrounding poor Bruce losing part of his contract to be true, but I am doubtful.  I think Bruce and Co. have just simply pulled a page right out of the "truck is coming" handbook.     Maybe Bruce isn't over loading that shitty barn of his now, after all having thirty head get out, and make a run for it down the road, can't be good for business, or make neighbors happy.   Well, one thing is for certain, seems as if there is another propagate to take the reins.

Oh look, not one horses ass, but apparently two in the same picture.  It's by a clear view that I can say the Esteemed Kill Buyer Bruce Rotz's facial expressions seem to be genetic.  Cheers.

The Cat's Meow

Seems as if things in PA are finally coming full circle.  Especially on the tracks for Penn Gaming.   As browsing earlier today, I came across a rather interesting post.  I was ready to break out the booze, and sing from the roof tops.  But, I shall wait patiently until more becomes uncovered.

But, if you follow my "the Truck is Coming Saga" and all things shady when it comes to the flippers and shippers, this name should ring a bell.  Seems as Phil Shirk just can't stay off the radar now can he?  Paulick Report there it is folk, right there.  That is correct you read it right.  And for those of you that didn't click on the link, let me just quote it here for you "Ed Price has resigned as VP Pennsylvania Horse Breeders Association after Thomas McClay horse he sold to Phil Shirk went to New Holland kill pen."   Well let's put a face with the name Phil Shirk, as Phil has made news on my blogs before for his known neglect, and mistreatment of a Standardbred left in his care.  He is also well known for his man handling, and often brutal ways of  dealing with horses.  So, without further ado.
That my friends is Mr.Phil Shirk, and if you do some googling, you can even pull his DOT number for his "hauling" business.

Anyone that knows these low life dealers, know they just don't show up for only one horse.  What it leads to me ask, is one since Mr. Price sold this very horse to Phil Shirk, I would be curious as to know what happened to others?  There is no secret that Phil Shirk has been in bed with Brian Moore for a long time, after all Phil Shirk is a hustler in the horse trade, and what better way to make a quick buck than to get in bed with one of the local Kill Buyers.  (why do I feel like I am seeing a trend here amongst people?)  There is no secret that Brian has what is referred to as "direct ship" pen, horses that are from the backside of Penn National, horses that are never to be identified, horses that are never to be spoken of, and horses that are to be disposed of quietly.  It's the racing industry's dirty little secret, not so secret now, is it?  Was this a hauling job for Moore?  I mean when you look at the bigger picture, it would make sense.  As Brian Moore is very well known as a kill buyer, and would easily be recognized by his trucks and trailers.  So, what is a business man to do, simple, send in a henchman to pick the load up, after all there has to be away to get around that pesky zero tolerance policy right?   That is how it is done.  Very clear, very black and white.  The only grey area would be, was that horse left with Phil as payment from Moore?   After all, we know no one does shit for free.  Keep Brian's face in mind when you decide that it's time for your horse to go to auction, or your horse isn't running the way you would like.  My friends for something to haunt your dreams, here is Brian Moore himself.

Of course and I must not forget his right hand man, as seen at Middleburg, Unidalla, and of course good ole New Holland.  I present Chuck Beam or known as Chuckie Beam.

Remember these faces, know who to look for especially on the back sides of the tracks.  Know where your horses go, and even if it's not your horse, speak up, let it be known.  Often too many times people stay quiet about what goes on, so how does the problem stop if know one is willing to speak up?
