One bush, can never hide two thieves.

Seems legit.

maybe not.

Don't let that pesky IRS thing stop you. Clearly that must of been a typo.

Or not.

The truth is that on October 30, 2012 Guardian Oak Growth By Giving Association was recognized by the state of Missouri as a Non Profit Corporation.

Draw your own conclusions, it's your money.
Not mine.

Think I am wrong.  Prove it.
Let's see that determination letter.

Don't regret doing things, regret getting caught.

Pardon me, but here is your ray of sunshine coming down from the clouds.

You can draw your own conclusions, you can "add" them to if you like.

Bruce I can only hope your books are much better kept, kind of like those coggins you hold so near and dear to your heart.

I have some craigslist horses to tend to now.

"It's not stealing, it's retrieving."

Cheers.

with my eyes I spy.

While there is much in the works.  This is a quick public P.S.A.

With the rather highly anticipated Troutman, North Carolina Auction looming in this week.  It's imperative that people beware of what just could be at that sale.  Aside of the conduit of traders, buyers and sellers, there could also be a array of wanted merchandise.

Such as KC.  Who changed hands and was found consigned at New Holland Sales Stables.

Sadly, it seems as if everyone has amnesia, and just cannot remember who, how, or where the horse went.  Some seem to think he shipped, I beg to differ.  A horse like this is worth more money alive then dead.   From a traders perspective.  That horse has the potential to be high dollars on four legs, don't kid yourself people the meat prices aren't paying what everyone else would like you to think.

If anyone is to be attending this lovely event.

Keep a eye out for this horse, the owner would like KC back home.

There seems to be a guilty conscious out there in the cesspool.

No worries, we won't say your name out loud.

Just yet.

Fate with a badge and a gun.

Do you hear that?
The wheels of the Karma Bus are spinning down the macadam, with fate in tow.

What letter would that be?

This one of course.

It seems as if that ticking clock, is finally on a count down of seconds, minutes, and hours.  Rest assured that foot tapping is out of pure nerves and not egotistical logic.  The quick profit made from flipping resale horses will soon cease to exist.   It will simply mean that Moore will have to rely on the "son he never had" to hustle that much harder for him.  Expand the line of credit that is given to a long time hoarder, perhaps?  Maybe tap into that hauling business that seems to be a very lucrative outlet for a group of individuals, after all we know the Amish don't drive themselves to the backside.  I am sure the bill of sales for one dollar will continue to lead to happy pay days in the sale ring for the Manure Menagerie and friends.

The sales of sick, lame, over priced horses won't stop, after all there are those that seem to be following step for step in the Shit Shacks path.  It's only a matter of time until that clock starts ticking for them, or has it already started?

The ties that bind never come loose, they simply get knotted like a hangman's noose.

Lie with dogs, you are bound to get fleas.

Seems to be some disgruntled individuals in broker land.
(thanks for the screen shots my friend.)

what's this we have here?  It wasn't very long ago, there was a association between the two.  I mean weren't you just at Bruce's lot not too long ago?  (remember there was no mark up.cough. cough. bullshit.)

Well, I don't see any blood.  Dirty  trailer, which is nothing new, it's Moore's trailer.  Has anyone really looked at his pit he calls his holding facility.  Oh wait, that's a large word, one of which he would never use.  His barn.  That's better, small words work, not the big ones.  Just want to make sure that everyone can clearly read what is being typed.  Fancy five dollar words.

Yes, we can say hypocrite.  We can also say swindler, malingerer, and pharisee.
Remember that saying, pot meet kettle, kettle meet pot.

It's interesting, because wasn't it Sunscrew that gave her the start in the business?  Of course the Shit Shack is the organization that made the blue print on how to be horse dealer in rescue clothing.  We can see that the birds are still roosting together.

Listen ladies, put whatever spin you want on things, community effort, rescue, saving slaughter bound horses, brokers, and whatever colorful play on words to get those dollars.  At the end of the day you are nothing more than a common flagitious dealer.  You are no better, than the scalpers, the traders, the buyers, and the suckers they bid up,  the low level dealers hustling their stock, at the end of the day the almighty dollar is what drives all parties involved.

It truly is all about the horses.

Well, the dealing part anyway.

Stay Sharp, Bitches.

Showing off is the fool's idea of glory.

The hustle that pays off.

While The Ethic of Equine Rescue gang is signing their John Hancock on some documents.  I really felt as if this needed some elaboration.  Possibly to the tune of "pulling" on the heart strings of donors.

Not to worry hopefully this will "yank" the rug out from under some individuals.

John Q. Public in most cases does not understand the difference between a Not For Profit and a 501c3.  As stated in the above blog, the definitions are clear between the two coveted titles.  To sum it up in laymen's terms, one is no tax write off, and one is a write off.  To most donors the difference is no real matter, unless donating a certain amount of sums that could assist in the dreaded month of April.

What about when you see a on going trend?

It seems that certain trends, well stay current.  Like pulling pregnant mares from auctions, no pun intended.  After all who doesn't love foals?

"You pick your road and keep going".

On more than one occasion the travesties at New Holland have made blogs buzz, news but not note worthy to most.  And have left more than a handful of Animal and Equine Welfare activist baffled by the lack of enforcement from not one, but two separate agencies.

In a recent article Dr. James Holt the attending veterinarian at New Holland Sales Barn, and moonlights as the  independent veterinarian that signs off on hundreds of horses death warrants for Brian Moore the notorious East Coast Kill Buyer seems to be looking for nails at low tide.

The abate horse puckey that spews from this articles is immense.

I am glad to know that Holt has his own standards that sound fantastically spoken, but reek that of week old garbage.

The truth is, I could sit here for hours on end, and rebuttal about every statement Jim made.  However, that would turn into a novel.

The "fit for sale" guide lines were revised, and surprise, surprise,  Dr.Holt was one of the individuals who assisted in creating a clearer image of these said guide lines.  Dr.Holt's memory must be slipping, or is it selective?

There have been numerous cases of "fake" coggins, half heaped health certificates, not to mention the number of horses that were not fit for sale being allowed to walk or hobble down the aisle way of New Holland Sales Stables.

Mondays will continue to come, and horses will continue to be unfit for sale, and Dr.Holt will continue to collect those dollars.  "Rescues" will continue to ensure there is a market for these unfit horses for sale.  In true typical fashion of the hustlers and scum, laughing the whole way to the bank.

Before I choose not to let sleeping dogs lie.  I am overly thrilled to know that LAPS is there on a weekly basis, collecting unfit horses, they must of started checking that voice mail box more then twice a day.  Bravo.

As Dr.Jim Holt so wisely stated "You pick your road and keep going."

He is right, after all Karma is two way road.

Beep. Beep.

A rule that can be bent will certainly be broken.

In true typical fashion of the hustlers, and haulers at New Holland it's hear no evil, see no evil, and speak no evil.  It's a accumulation of hustle, lies, and being egotistical enough to admit to no wrong doing, despite the obvious atrocities that happened, and the boundless evidence that is laid out.  Of course, and if you happen to accidentally push a colleague under the bus, it's ok, all is fair in the horse trading world.  After all, the dollars aren't steady, now are they?

So, who pushed Arlow under the bus?  Google Arlow Khiel, he has a rich and colorful history in the slaughter industry, and horse trading.  It's generally his Watertown, NY pit that the rejects from Rotz and Moore's loads get dumped at, sometimes to heal up and reshipped, sometimes just to be resold to some unsuspecting fool.  We all know there is no limit of those out there.

However, it seems as if good ole' Arlow is the victim of a unsuspecting push from a colleague.

Two different agencies, with the same exact enforcement abilities, one acts, and one has this to say.

Maybe we need to school you.

After all, this horse was a clear, cut and dry example of neglect.

There was a initial report filed on this horse.  But, of course after Phil Shirk giving that proverbial push under the bus, there was never a follow up.  Must of been checking on that Oxford Barn that got in the way.

Actions speak louder than words.

Start Paddling Sunshine.

Sunday Sharing.

Sharing the wealth is a good thing, especially that in the Truck is Coming Saga.  I received a link to a interesting, and very colorful document.  This very single document tracks just about every horse that has ever ran through the East Coast's most notorious broker owned program.

I am amazed and yet perplexed at the hours it must of taken this data miner to assemble such a granger of information.  It would not shock me in the least to think that this individual is also tracking Rotz's umbrageous horse business.

It's a fairly complicated document, so I did kindly receive a explanation of how to read it.

How silly of me, a link to the document also.

Oh one last thing.

Beep. Beep.

I truly don't have much to say today.  After all despite what has been said, and published, sheeple still believe that the truck is coming.  Honestly, I don't know where it is coming from, or where it is going, I cannot even speculate if it's stopping.  The Peanut Gallery is beyond  a absolute doubt convinced that it is arriving.

What's the ETA on this so called truck?

What I can say is the Karma Bus has been creating a bit of a highway hell for the well known notorious broker program.

It all started when Karma bit a certain low level dealer in the ass with text messages describing his disagreeable feelings on them (I would like to give kudos to him for his primitive, but descriptive text.  It was similar to deciphering ancient language).  I bet that hurt, and not feelings either.  That was the first stop.  After that initial stop, it is a affable of stops.  News articles, Moore's wife giving a opprobrious series of statements to Lancasteronline.  Which was surprisingly shared by the Paulick Report.  Kudos, we know how far that audience expands.

Of course we cannot forget about the entries, exposing everything from the plants to simplicity of the green tag, and all the hoodwink in between.

In case you have not read them, or kept up, you can do so here The Ethics of Equine Rescue.

I guess I do have a point to this entry after all.

Just a simplistic picture will do.

Wednesday Wavering.

Let's be honest, you seem to be having a tough time selling those horses. Oh.  I mean rescuing them.  I can get a retraction on the first line, please?

Tuesday we have this.

There is just a hovering stench of bullshit that tends to lurk in the air with this Broker Program.

Let's just be honest with ourselves here.  The half bail, is the bottom dollar price Moore needs.  Maybe with a few extra bucks left over for one's troubles.

Did the truck come?

Or will be seeing these horses ran back thru sale?  Or ending up at Gail's farm for sale?  How about Val's place?  I would say the Oxford location, but it seems as if they wised up.  Possibly even Haycock Stables?  Ho hum.

I can assure the truck that came, was not one that was hauling kill cattle on the way down, and hauling kill horses on the way back to Canada.

Don't worry Brian, if the Shit Shack can't flip'em for you, I am sure good ole' Gail can.  After all one can never feed enough horses to a woman, right?  Or was that a line of credit that you extended?

Just the devil in the details.

A tongue weighs so little, yet few can hold it.

The previous Sunday, there was a lovely, and very informative article released by Lancaster Online.
It seemed as if those quotations made a certain rescue's walls start to tremble a bit, so much so that there was rebuttal released.  After careful consideration, and in a epic manner to maintain class and dignity, this was released demanding retraction!

(Please do not drink anything while reading this, I would hate to see you spit your drink out all over your phone, computer, Ipad, and so forth.   Not to mention liquids being snorted out of your nostrils.)

LIES ALL LIES!!!!!!

I cannot help but to chuckle over this rebuttal, what a noble and valiant attempt to disguise one's wrong doings, and keep up appearances with a colleague.  This types of statements questioning one's ethical business operations is nothing new, after all a employee of the Manure Menagerie was quite willing to express his thoughts on their rescue efforts.   Even Mr.Stoltzfus had colorful descriptions and opinions of their rescue effort.  Dare I say more?

While I never did get a response about what the thoughts were about a "rescue" having a dealer's license.  I did discover that there were some names missing from the list.  Cough. Cough.

The Whole Document can be viewed here.
PA Dealers License.

And a brief document explaining what and why the Dealers License is in existence.
Domestic Animal Law

Of course and we cannot forget about those pesky enforcement policies.
Domestic Animal Law (2)

While I am sure, this whole fiasco is a simple misunderstanding, and a slew of twisted words molded into damaging statements.

But, after all isn't the proof in the pudding?

This seems to go hand in hand with this Public Service Announcement.

What are you waiting on?  Go ahead and make that call.

What's a Little Pull and Push?

What's a little Pull now and again?

Not too long ago Penn National's Zero Tolerance Policy was put to the test, it involved a Thomas McClay colt and a well known low level horse dealer.   Here we are again witnessing  this very same policy being put to the test.

Pull the horse featured above was consigned to New Holland Sales Stables on Monday July, 22, 2013.  He was allegedly consigned to the pit of hell also known as New Holland, by license owner Mark Bliss who races at Beulah and Penn National under Twenty/Twenty Stables.  Before being dumped at the well known kill auction, Pull was listed with Canter on two separate occasions once in PA and Ohio, all while still being raced.   His last race was in Ohio in the beginning of April this year under Charles Lawson. Between then and now Pull landed in Bliss's clutches.

This was the end result.

That's a pretty bold policy on their part.  So, this raises a interesting question, as Pull was sold with his Jockey Club Papers and ended up in Frank Carper's pen, is Bliss tip toeing on the line in the sand?   Or once again is this policy not being enforced?  Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil?

And speaking of that very same policy that I posted.  I would love to know the turn out of the investigation into the Prince Michael colt that was sold to Phil Shirk.  After all Phil's reputation on the back side succeeds him.

A interesting point to be made, since Phil Shirk purchased that horse for one dollar only to consign to the New Holland that Monday, didn't Ed Price indirectly sell the horse to slaughter?  After all there was never any secret that Phil Shirk works for well known kill buyer, and flipper Brian Moore.

Maybe it's time for a little push, ya?

Those that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.........

Throwing stones, are we now?

Haven't you learned about the glass house theory?

This mare pictured here at Bruce Rotz's lot, was a AC$H Broker Owned horse.

Here evaluation video Ally.

And a screen shot of her at Moore's lot.

Seems as if you two have more in common than you care to acknowledge.

Cheers.

Let Them Eat Cake

Every now again a marionette is subject to having their strings snipped.  As most marionette's manipulate the strings to their puppets, there is a always a audience watching, and always that one pundit in attendance.

I have to wonder at times the amount of schlemiels that find time to make silly facebook videos, signs, posts, babbling nothing more than shit ton of ludicrous out rage over the heated debate of Broker Programs.  Some of these very individuals should mind just what they put out there into Internet land.  I say this grace, because some do work with the public, and not to mention in the private sector where it truly is all about relationships and representation of oneself as a Representative of a company, and or a authority type of figure.

In our world it is simplistic, black and white, backed by investigations, FOIA, and hours of dredging threw pens, lots, and even trucks.   As we prepare for the large sale at New Holland Sales Stable, I wonder just how many will truly be paying attention to the ongoings of the surroundings.  Horses tied out with no food or water, the temperature, signs of communicable illness, lameness, BCS, evidence of drugs, over crowded pens, or will they be simply busy justifying the ends to the means.

With such tumultuous words and insults tossed around, do these people really pay attention to what is going on around them?  Or better yet who is around them?  Who is watching them?  Of course not, because "it's all about the horses".   Or should I say all about the dollars.

As some step past the obvious violations, and ignore clear disregard for laws put forth, we shall not.  After all you have a job to do, and so do I.  It's formidable that we are on two very different sides, one driven by money, and one driven by compassion.

After all "to greed, all nature is insufficient."

See you gentlemen Monday.
Cheers.

The Stalking Horse Bid.

Recently this has appeared on a major social media website.

Of course the kill buyer is not a bad guy at all.  Despite past quotes such as "if it burned it burned."  in reference to the recent truck fire that left 30 head of horses to perish, and regarding TBs going to slaughter "if they put ten dollars a week to feed the homeless people and mistreated children, you know, this would be a totally different".  Seems as if these quotes don't exactly line up with with what Pro Kill Buyer supporters are saying.  I leave you with this.

A picture taken some time ago outside of what was once the one and only collecting station.  It seems as there is now a additional one.

you may at this point draw your own conclusion, but I know what side I stand on, and it's not enabling the kill buyers to expand their operation.  I assume it is nothing more than the Devil in the details.

Cheers.

Only a fool tests the water with both feet.

Despite the FBI visiting one such fool, there are still a large quantity of dullards out there willing to take the leap off the edge, and dive right into the cesspool we refer to as broker programs.  It seems the kool aid must be heavily spiked, tainted with the infamous saying coined by the Shit Shack "it's all about the horses."

Mr.Rotz recently suffered a minor blow to business by losing not only his truck and trailer but 30 head of horses all destined up I-81 to their death.  You can read more here at this link about the  truck fire.  While in this article Bruce said they would not be commenting to media, he was quoted in a previous article as saying "if it burned it burned".  This is definitely a guy I would be tossing my dollars at.  Graciously supporting, and selling horses for him, oh I mean saving for.

In true typical fashion after suffering a slight finical loss, after all not only will he collect a check from the insurance company for the truck and trailer, since it was not salvageable, he will also collect based on the goods in the trailer, live stock or not, they were considered goods, and well when the check is cut, it will also include the loss of goods.  So, not only is good ole' Rotz cleaning up from that, he has not one, but once again two different groups selling for him again.

One of the groups is proclaiming that the load they are selling was destined to be on that very truck.  They also proclaim that good Ole' Brucey is back to shipping six loads a week, now while on many occasions he has shipped up to five loads a week, so maybe six isn't so far fetched.  However, if  Rotz is back to scoop and ship, why would he be sitting on these horses?  Didn't they come with their "walking papers" Bruce?  Oh or was that the coggins you tossed on them when you purchased them with the intentions of resale? Getting back on point now, if Bruce was going to ship them, they would be long gone, end of story, the only extension Bruce gives is his disgusting wings he likes to eat while at New Holland.

Everyone wants to fall back on that darn tag again, that green tag.  Sigh.  The tag means nothing.  It means either the horse was not fit for shipping, which in a few pictures I can see that they were not, or it simply means that they were put on the shipping log to cross state lines without a coggins, of course we know that he should be notifying the auction that the intentions have changed, but that is unlikely.  Way to go PA Dept. of Ag. enforce those rules with a limp hand!

If it is the one thing I can say is, well Bruce does have a dealers license, at least a legit one at that, why he isn't charging tax, only he can answer that, maybe his son or someone to the liking will gladly answer that for me.  I am doubtful as we know the level of grammatical indulgence is lower than most standards in the world of flip'em or ship'em. So, there may have to be some deciphering of the sentence.  (I did see the comment made.  "steeling" with all the money these broker programs are bringing in, I would say quite positively that you should be able to afford a dictionary, I don't think it would cut in to the vast amounts of money you spend on fast food.  And why yes, I am over here with a big smile on my face while typing that.)  What can I say I enjoy taking my pot shots at Bruce and Co.

Since he has a new group of women selling his stock for him, I would like to note that they have declared there is no dead line, but borrowed time.  That sentence alone speaks volumes.  They also say this load was left standing and spared from the fire.  That is a great marketing ploy.  A page truly taken right out of the How to Sell Horses for Ignoble Dealers (coming soon to shelves near you, that is if the Shit Shack doesn't copyright it first.).

Cheers.

The Truck is Coming!

Since the truck is coming, we thought over here in Tornado Land that some pictures that would help you in the quest to determine just what truck is right for you.
Cheers.

The Moore Fleet.

The Rotz Fleet.

(just a partial side note, this is a small sampling of what is to come.  choose wisely, as we know that not all paths lead to that yellow brick road.)

If you are going to walk on thin ice, you might as well dance.

Last night, I was told that I am walking on thin ice, the title of this blog was my simple response.   If you are going to walk on thin ice, you might as well dance.
                                                           Care to dance?

Seems as if it's business as usual for all things in the "truck is coming saga".  More horses, more money, and more laughing all the way to the bank.  Horse dealing is the world's oldest putrid profession.  From the Kill Buyers, to the flippers, right down to the brokers  that use the term "rescue"  so flagrantly.

What is really the deal with these go betweens?  I mean first and foremost, most of these guys are third and fourth generation horse dealers, not Rotz he was a puppy miller who provided labs with canines to test on.  Harker, Moore, Andio, and the list is long are all horse dealers by trade, and not just Meat Men.   Selling, trading, and running horses not just paying enough of the bills?  Is the absorption in your contracts just not good enough, for you to make a clear profit?  No hang weight is going to pay 925.00 dollars for a carcass, or even 600.00 dollars, hell even on the hoof you won't see that type of money, as there are very specific things they are looking for, high yield of  meat, and low bone.  But, that is another blog.

So, boys riddle me this, if the industry is paying you so well, why do it?  Let me take a stab at it, because you couldn't make a living without having that "kill buyer" title could you?  After all with no truck coming,  flipping horses would be left to your own vices, and not the intercessor that you have come to rely on.

There is no secret about the speculation that people are skimming off the top, in fact one brain child behind Sundew Saves, has spoken out very obnoxiously about money being taken off the top.  A far cry from bailing, sharing, and even defending this very program.  While Sundew doesn't proclaim to be a rescue, just a simple community effort to "save" the slaughter bound horses.  (It's more of a community effort to pay one's bills.)   I beg to differ and say, maybe the rumors surrounding poor Bruce losing part of his contract to be true, but I am doubtful.  I think Bruce and Co. have just simply pulled a page right out of the "truck is coming" handbook.     Maybe Bruce isn't over loading that shitty barn of his now, after all having thirty head get out, and make a run for it down the road, can't be good for business, or make neighbors happy.   Well, one thing is for certain, seems as if there is another propagate to take the reins.

Oh look, not one horses ass, but apparently two in the same picture.  It's by a clear view that I can say the Esteemed Kill Buyer Bruce Rotz's facial expressions seem to be genetic.  Cheers.
